- Shake well before use.
- Mix 5 mL of the liquid with 350 – 500 mL of cold or room-temperature water.
- Make sure to drink it on an empty stomach. Drink it 2 hours after or 30 minutes before any food intake. Consume preferably within 10 minutes after mixing and no later than 30 minutes.
